Frank Kelly

Frank Kelly was born in Liverpool in 1918. He served in the mounted section of the Indian Army Service Corps during the Second World War and then worked for the Post Office until retiring in 1978. He was a founder member of Brooklands Circle, serving for many years as Registrar before becoming the Circle’s first membership officer. He was married to Ailsa and had three sons. After a short illness, he died on 29 January 2009.
