Peter Callaghan passed away at the age of 83 on 20 September 2020 following an accident at home. He was enjoying something of a renaissance while undertaking the role of Provincial President for the second time.
Peter was a devoted husband to Andrea, father, grandfather and great grandfather and was so thrilled by the recent birth of his second great grandson, Ralph Mark. Peter joined the Catenian Association in 1974 and has always been committed and very active. To Catenians, both in the UK and internationally, he was the embodiment of the Catenian Association always exuding the true spirit of Brotherhood. While he was willing to speak his mind he was always sensitive to others. Peter will always be remembered for his cheerful and welcoming nature and for the twinkle in his eye. A conversation with Peter was always uplifting; he was great company and enjoyed joining in and having a good time wherever he was.
